Recipe - Apple Crumble
Ingredients
- 700g fruit - Apples, apricots, plums, etc.
- 50g sugar
- 75g butter
- 175g plain flour
Directions
Stew fruit in a pan with a small amount of water, if necessary.
Mix butter in flour until a crumbly mass has formed. Do not
use fingers, use a fork to mix.
Place fruit in baking dish, sprinkle the crumble mixture on
top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200C.
